Private tutor in Bear, DE
Education
International Relations Major at the University of Delaware 2014 GPA: 3.67
Experience
I have two years of teaching experience under my belt. I spent a year designing and teaching a curriculum over video chat about media bias to Egyptians in the US Embassy in Cairo. Following that I spent a year teaching english in Spain with 12 hours of class time a week, 12 hours of private tutoring time, and several hours of preparation time besides. These experiences not only have prepared me for education in a classroom and one-on-one setting, but the international nature of the experiences has sharpened my ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds in the learning process. I also self-taught my way from a 165 on the LSAT to a 177; I have insight into what it takes to substantially improve an LSAT score.

Hobbies
I am a 23 year-old who just returning from a year of teaching English in Spain and 3 months of traveling Europe besides! During that time traveling I studied my way from a 165 to a 177 on the LSAT using a self-designed curriculum. I really love working with the LSAT material, and I like to transfer that enthusiasm for the material to my students. Remember: the LSAT is an EXTREMELY learnable test. With a small amount of guidance from a tutor and some commitment, you can improve your score, sometimes as much as 20 points! I know how crazy expensive LSAT prep courses can be, and if I were to tutor one I wouldn't make anywhere close to that money. So, do us both a favor and contact me through University tutor to save some cash.
